Designation : P - 106 / CB12.

Purpose : To commemorate the Occasion the Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary of Their Majesties King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit and the Coronation.

On Friday 28th April 1950, in the morning at 9:30 o'clock, one week before his officially coronation, they married in the Sra Pathum palace (district Pathum Wan, central Bangkok).

Divided in two series: "His Majesty the King " series and " Her Majesty the Queen " series.
From both series there are in each case 999 pieces.

" His Majesty the King " series is added to all notes, with the Thai ones and the Arab series number,
the monogram: " Bhor Por Ror ". (Seal / coat of arms of the king)

" Her Majesty of the Queen " series is added to all notes, with the Thai ones and the Arab series number,
the monogram: " Sor Kor ". (Seal / coat of arms of the queen)

This seal / coat of arms was used in this banknotes instead of the prefix.
